Full payment must be received in full prior to starting your purchase being dispatched.
We accept the following methods of payment:
PayPal and Sage Pay – all major credit and debit cards accepted.
For hair tests you will be provided with a link to download your test form. This will then need to be filled out and returned to our testing facility. You are responsible for the postage costs of delivery to our testing centre as detailed in this document. We cannot be held responsible for failure to receive items that are not sent to us via a recorded or signed-for delivery method. Your results are emailed to your chosen email address within 7 working days of us receiving your sample. You may wish to have your results sent to you via a national postal network which can be provided at an additional cost.
For blood tests you will be provided with ablood collection kit via our chosen postal service provider within 5 working days. This will then need to be carefully completed out and returned to our testing facility. You may be responsible for the postage costs of delivery to our testing centre as detailed in this document. We cannot be held responsible for failure to receive items that are not sent to us via a recorded or signed-for delivery method. Your results are emailed to your chosen email address within 7 working days of us receiving your sample. You may wish to have your results sent to you via a national postal network which can be provided at an additional cost.
Damage, loss or theft of sample
We cannot be held responsible for the damage, loss or theft of samples that have not been received by us.
If you wish to reschedule your test, we will honour your original email up to 12 months following the receipt of your payment. Changing the date of your test does not incur any additional charges within this period.
Refund Policy – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (hair testing only)
To claim your ‘100% Money-back Guarantee’ refund, please contact us a [email protected] supplying our members of staff with the following details:
- Name used to purchase
- Email address used to purchase
- PayPal Transaction ID or website order number
- Transaction amount
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
Refunds can only be claimed within 90 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible to assist you in resolving any issues. Opening a claim on PayPal will significantly delay the resolution process.

Blood testing is excluded from our 100% refund satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your results or testing, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter.
In the event that a refund for a blood test is provided to a client though a failure of service, we reserve the right to request the return of the unopenned blood sample collection kit or charge a £20 charge per test where the item has been opened and/or used.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be interpreted in accordance with the English courts. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
